PulsePoint Verified Responder is a program that First Responders can voluntarily participate in off-duty. This program enables notification of cardiac arrest calls in private residences, whereas the community PulsePoint App only notifies willing bystanders to respond to incidents in public places. Your response as a VR is not required-you have the choice to respond or not.
